Go to www.rosendales.com Rosendales restaurant is fast becoming the Short North's favorite restaurant Rosendales in Columbus OH offers a global cusine that is amazingly delicious and unmatched by local eateries. The atmosphere is modern, warm and friendly with a large bar, booth seating as well as more formal. The restaurant, Rosendales, is divided by two floors, each offering a slightly different experience. The downstairs is open, inviting and informal, with 100 seats and featuring food from Chef Rosendale and his team. For special occasions, business meetings, or just to impress your guests, the 45 seats upstairs offer seasonal tasting menus, and the chef´s ten-course blind tasting menu with optional wine pairings. Dress is casual chic for both floors. Born in Pennsylvania, Chef Rosendale's Classical Training has taken him to Northern Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland and some of the finest kitchens in the United States. His traditional schooling included a rigorous six-year apprenticeship under several Certified Master Chefs that resulted in very little time off. Chef Magazine recently referred to him as "A New Breed of American Chefs".... an amalgam of different generations and philosophies from within the industry. Also, he is the former Chef de Cuisine of the Prestigious Tavern Room Restaurant at the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV.
