| Inauguration is a very important event. It is the time where the newly elected leader show his abilities and goals for his people. In many inaugurations, traffic is a usual problem. There are many people that will watch the event. Thus controlling the crowd is difficult. Virginia is very good for it exerts effort to ease the traffic for times like this. |
