| Questions: Tattoo Parlor near Virginia/North Carolina border? I'm 16, going to be 17 this month, and for my birthday my mom wants to take me to Virginia to get my first tattoo. I know she doesnt want to travel all up into the state, so is there a place right near the border (hopefully right above Raleigh, or Greensboro?) that's clean and reputible? XD please and thank you [oh! and maybe with a motel or bed&breakfast near by would be great (:] |
