| Video: Hotel Bourgogne Montana - Tignes, France The Bourgogne & Montana, originally built in 1789, is a four star hotel situated just across Place du Bourbon which houses the National Assembly. It perfectly reflects the elegant and aristocratic spirit of the 7th arrondissement, one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods of Paris. The hotel's central location makes it an ideal starting point for discovering the cultural treasures and monuments of the capital such as the Invalides, the Orsay Museum, the Place de la Concorde or the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre, which are all just a short stroll away. Being the home to Paris most famous landmark, the Eiffel Tour, as well as the Musee dOrsay, Ecole Militaire and Invalides, it could be assumed that the 7th arrondissement would be a hive of activity. This is true of the areas where these tourist attractions are found but this district, one of the largest of the central arrondissements, is in fact one of Paris calmest. The hotel has an ideal location in the 7th district, facing the Palais Bourbon, and is close to the Concorde, the Tulieries Gardens and the courtyard of the Invalides. It is within walking disctance of other leading Paris attractions including the Louvre and D'Orsay Museums, and the Eiffel Tower. |
