| B&B for Sale in Rincon de GuayabitosThe Bob Howell home in Rincon de Guayabitos, Nayarit has been recently placed on the market. There is a lot of value here for the price of $214k USD. Besides the spacious three bedroom, three bath home, there is a detached, one bedroom efficiency bungalow with it's own sundeck.The new owner of this gracious property will have several options. It is currently a successful B&B and the bungalow is rented out on a monthly basis. Or, the new owner could make occasional visits and live in the bungalow while renting out the big house on a monthly basis. Or the new owners could reserve the large house for themselves and hire a caretaker who could live in the bungalow. There are many possibilities. It is self evident that this home has always had the best of care. I would be surprised to know if the house was in need of anything at all.
