| Ameren Illinois Utilities: Municipal Safety Training Municipal workers are an important link to the public - your safety - particularly during emergency situations. That is why the Ameren Illinois Utilities offer free workshops to educate municipal workers about the nature of electricity and natural gas, and their potential hazards. In 2008, we conducted more than 30 sessions throughout our territory to help fire and police department personnel, paramedics, public works employees, and others perform their jobs more safely and effectively when their work could involve our facilities. |
