Personal safetyRight, "personal safety" in the contry is up in the air.People are getting attacked almost openly on the street. Teenagers on drugs are taking their scooter out, especially at night, and prowling around looking for lonely women and vulnerable people ready to attack. On Luperon avenue last night a lady with a car full of kids and a friend was attacked in front of El Canal. A shot was fired at the car and one of the scooters rammed the car from behind just to get her to stop and then move in. She had the great luck to stop in front of El Cwhere there are security guards that immeditaly gave her a hand. A couple of blocks away she would heve been at the mercy of the thugs.
