| Dining in Santo DomingoSanto Domingo is an eclectic city. You can find many architectural styles springing from the colonial area around the port, and spreading out to the present large "ensanches", or neighborhoods, with extremely modern designs. So this sets the stage for all the other activities in the city, including, perhaps most of all, dining. There is a large range of places to choose from depending on what type of food you want. Mainly in the Spanish and Italian areas we have many fine places to choose from: Boga Boga, Vesuvio´s, Lina´s, Meson de la cava, Boca Marina (In Boca Chica). Lately there has been in influx of Peruvian, the Macchu Picchu, and others types of specialty foods. Bon appetite! |
