Internet access in Cuba is said to be really slow, though the fact of the matter is that Cubans love to surf. there do is wifi in cuba! in the capital Havana in some hotel and in Varadero in hotels like Cuatro Palmas , Ibero starts varadero , Sierenis las salinas .how ever there is not any free wifi and there are expensive . |
